How to Forward Gmail Mail to Another Email Address


This is a very tough task for all webmasters and bloggers to login in multiple gmail accounts and log out.But You don’t worry about this because Gmail has mail forwarding option.You can forward all emails from other gmail accounts to your primary mail address.
Follow Below Steps to Forward Gmail Mails to other Email Accounts :
# Login to your gmail account and click on settings (top right corner)

Click on Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab







Enter the address to which you want to forward all mails and click on Add








Login to primary mail account (Forwarding all mails to this address) and  open the mail having subject line “Gmail Forwarding Confirmation
# Copy the Confirmation code from the mail .
Again Open Gmail account ,paste the confirmation code and click on verify.
# At the bottom click on Save Changes.
# Under POP option you have three options for forwarded mails. Choose one which you find it suitable.
a) Keep Gmail’s copy in the Inbox (A copy of the forwarded mail will be kept in inbox)
b) A
rchive Gmail’s copy (Forwarded mails will be mark as read and will be removed from inbox but will be kept in archive)
c) Delete Gmail’s copy  (Forwarded mails will be moved to Trash and will be deleted after 30 days)

NOTE : If you do not find setting link in Gmail Standard Version then while loading Gmail standard version click on basic html (bottom right).
